At Feminet Home Spa, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing an exceptional service, and kindly ask you to adhere to the following terms:

Working Hours:

Our working hours are from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Appointment Booking:

• Appointments must be booked and paid for through our website.
• To confirm your appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Services Provided:

We offer spa services for women and chiled under 15 years only.

Modifying or Cancelling Appointments:

• Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
• Failure to do so will result in the appointment being canceled with no refund issued.

Arrival of Specialists:

• Upon arrival, the client will be contacted.
• If there is no response or mobile coverage is unavailable for more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel the service without a refund.

Client Delay:

If the client is late, the delay will be deducted from the total session time.

Respect and Compliance:

• Clients must adhere to Islamic guidelines.
• Any verbal or physical misconduct toward our specialists will be handled strictly and immediately, with authorities notified as per the Anti-Harassment Law.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings:

• We are not responsible for the loss of any personal items during the service.
• Please ensure your belongings are safely stored while the service is being provided.

Schedule Changes by Us:

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments up to one hour earlier or later in case of emergency, and clients will be notified accordingly.

Right to Refuse Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion if any inappropriate behavior or language is observed from the client, without the obligation to provide a reason or refund.
